Leo's Balls is a small shop. We collect the least we can and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.

To send you an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and, if you give it, a phone number. We use those to pack the order, ship it, and reply if something goes wrong. That is all.

Card details never reach this website. Payments are handled by Stripe, who process the card and tell us only whether it worked. We never see or store a card number.

Order receipts and notices are sent through Resend. They are transactional: you get them because you bought something. Marketing email is separate, requires you to opt in deliberately, and is not switched on at the time of writing.

Visitor numbers are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no identifier and does not follow you to other websites. It tells us how many people visited a page, not who they were. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

This shop is run by a grown-up on behalf of a twelve-year-old, and it is written about a child, but it is not aimed at children as customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us details, write to evan@empireatms.com and we will delete them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to evan@empireatms.com. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you for asking.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than that for anything else.
